Under an FAA Part 91 dry lease you take operational control of the aircraft for your trip and engage your own pilot. Vitality Aviation handles scheduling, hour tracking, statements and maintenance coordination.
Vitality Aviation leases N441VM under FAA Part 91 on a dry-lease basis. The lessee has operational control of each flight and is solely responsible for selecting, engaging and supervising its pilot(s). Vitality Aviation does not provide flight crew, does not hold an air carrier certificate, and does not sell air transportation.
Purchase a block of flight hours up front. Every approved flight is deducted from your balance and you receive a statement showing hours used and hours remaining. Low-balance alerts help you renew before you run out.
Fly when you need to with no prepayment. After each approved flight you receive an invoice for the Hobbs hours flown at the standard hourly rate, due on receipt by ACH.
Flight requests, pilot notifications, hangar and line-crew coordination, Hobbs logging and maintenance tracking all run through the Vitality Aviation platform, so you always know where things stand.
Accept your invitation, complete onboarding and choose block hours or hourly terms.
Enter date, time, route and notes online, and name the pilot you have engaged. Your pilot is notified immediately.
Your pilot accepts the assignment; line crew prepares the aircraft.
Hobbs hours are logged, reviewed and approved — then your statement or invoice arrives as a PDF.
